As a user of automatic payment monitoring, you are not charged any billing or collection fees. All collection-related costs are borne by the debtor in accordance with Estonian law. This includes debt recovery and collection costs, which are determined according to the requirements of the Code of Civil Procedure and the Debt Collection Act.
